My tracking number is not showing any information.
Tracking is emailed to you within 24 hours of you order shipping. Your number is between 9 and 27 characters long. Please allow 48 hours for this to show on Royal Mail. If you still do not see tracking information please contact us at email@example.com
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges for hygienic purposes, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return my lashes?
We only accept returns in the case of damaged products. If your product is damaged on arrival you can return your items via Royal Mail or tracked courier. Please ensure you get proof of postage in the event of your item being lost.
Who pays for return postage?
We ask that customers pay for return postage.
How long does my order take to process?
Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 2 – 4 working days to process and ship.
